The other day, a police officer with black skin was hunted down by Black Lives Matter (BLM) “protesters” who attempted to murder him and his girlfriend for their alleged contributions to “systemic racism.”
Officer Joseph Mensah of Wauwatosa, Wisc., who is currently on paid leave pending an investigation into his alleged misuse of deadly force during an incident that occurred back in February, tweeted that BLM mobsters recently showed up at his girlfriend’s house while he was there “and tried to kill me.”
“I was unarmed and tried to defend m[y] property and the property of my girlfriend. We were both assaulted, punched and ultimately shot at several times,” he added, noting that a shotgun round missed him “by inches.”
“Not once did I ever swing back or reciprocate any [of] the hate that was being directed at me,” Mensah further explained. “I am all for peaceful protests, even against me, but this was anything but peaceful. They threw toilet paper in her trees, broke her windows, and again, shot at both of us as they were trying to kill me.”
Mensah noted that these “protesters” were chanting “black lives matter” the entire time that they terrorized him and his girlfriend, not to mention the young black children who also live at her residence.
How such behavior can in any way be considered supportive of “black lives” is anyone’s guess, but this is what happened. Chances are the “protesters” who tried to murder Mensah and his girlfriend all had white skin, which makes the situation even more bizarre and ironic.

Who would want to be a cop in this day and age?
As a bit of background, Mensah has been involved in numerous shootings that some argue were unjustified, though he has been vindicated in all but the most recent one, which is still under investigation.
Mensah has used deadly force on multiple occasions in the past, which is presumably why the BLM mob is now going after him. In one of the instances, Mensah shot and killed a man who refused to drop a sword, while in another Mensah claims that a man who was sleeping in his car reached for a firearm as Mensah approached the vehicle, prompting Mensah to defend himself with deadly force.
This past February, Mensah responded to a call at a local mall involving a man who supposedly started shooting at officers with a stolen firearm, prompting Mensah to shoot back and kill him as well.
In each case except the most recent one, Mensah was vindicated as having appropriately used deadly force. But in the mall case, Mensah is still being investigated, as the family of the man who was shot claims that he never even discharged his weapon.
A local lawyer has agreed to represent Mensah pro bono, while his current legal expenses are being covered by the Wauwatosa Peace Officers Association.
“Although we have received ample support from the Wauwatosa Police Department, Joseph has had to overcome the dissemination of false information about his personal life, slander, and defamation from multiple sources,” says Christopher Mensah, whose organization has already raised more than $50,000 for Mensah’s legal defense, despite an initial goal of just $25,000.
“Joseph has been treated unfairly and unjustly by mob mentality and anti-police rhetoric.”
Local police have confirmed that as many as 60 “protesters” were involved in targeting Mensah and his girlfriend. Mensah is said to live at the residence full time, along with two children who live in the home as well.
