Harvard Students Demand School Revoke Degrees For Trump Supporters Who Work In Government

Harvard

Students and alumni at Harvard are demanding that the school revoke the degrees of graduates who worked in the Trump administration and other parts of government.

That would include people like Senator Ted Cruz and Rep. Dan Crenshaw of Texas.

This is unprecedented and vindictive.

Harvard Campaign Seeks to ‘Revoke Degrees’ of Trump Officials and Trump Allies

Graduate students and alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) have launched a campaign and petition to revoke the degrees earned by Harvard alumni who worked in the Trump administration and Harvard grads in Congress who support the president.

“Harvard must revoke the degrees of alumni whose incendiary language and subversion of democratic processes — rooted in a history of white supremacist voter suppression — incited the violent insurrection on January 6,” reads the petition, which is headlined “Revoke Their Degrees.”

Here’s part of the petition:

The campaign to subvert the outcome of the 2020 presidential election left five dead and nearly killed many more as armed, organized insurrectionists with Confederate flags and Nazi paraphernalia stormed the Capitol in search of members of Congress to kill or capture. Nationwide violence is expected in the weeks to come.

Is Harvard University prepared to take a stand for representative democracy and against violent white supremacy?

It’s no secret that over a dozen Harvard graduates worked hard to spread the disinformation and mistrust that created last Wednesday’s insurrection – from Representative Dan Crenshaw (HKS ‘17), who supported the December Texas lawsuit to invalidate the election, to Senator Ted Cruz (HLS ’97), one of the loudest claimants of fraud and a rare senator still objecting to the election certification after the violence at the Capitol, to White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany (HLS ’17), who dutifully denies the validity of the election.

Harvard must revoke the degrees of alumni whose incendiary language and subversion of democratic processes–rooted in a history of white supremacist voter suppression–incited the violent insurrection on January 6. This includes all who have used their platforms to deny the validity of the presidential election. They do not and should not represent a university committed to “strengthening democracy” and “the advancement of justice.”

Here’s an important reminder:

Remember when Harvard was a respected institution?

  1. Harvard needs its doors closed for good! They sound like a terrorist run school of higher learning by their leftist goon alumni!

    1. I remember when colleges were fair and balanced. Now they are bastions of left wing thought. Of course, since Russia helped Trump get elected in the first place, Harvard will be forced to rescind any degrees (undergrad/graduate/Phd) for any Soviet or Russian citizen who supports President Putin. I would not want to make those calls. On the other end, Americans through their white supremacy have been racists to Mexican nationals, so maybe Harvard can reach out to some other Mexican Cartels and invited their children to matriculate there. That would help, wouldnt it?

  2. This is reprehensible! The Harvard bastards that what to remove degrees from those that have rightfully earned them is ridiculous to say the least. Haven’t they ever heard of the 1st Amendment?

    1. They only want the 1st for them. They are elitist slime and think anyone who doesn’t think like them is no more than an animal.

  3. when harvard revokes those degrees for those people because of these whiny little bitches they need to get their checkbook out and refund all moneys required to acquire that former degree plus all expenses( food, rent, transportation, and any other moneys) incurred during their time at harvard plus interest compounded daily.

    1. I totally agree with you. This is hypocrisy in its highest form. Students signing this petition should be sent home with a note pinned to their collar explaining they are whiny little brats with no manners or moral compass. Send them to school in Iraq!

  4. Harvard can’t legally remove a degree that has been paid for and earned. What started as a religious school has become nothing but a bastion of cancel culture and promoter of socialism. The Harvard founders would be shocked and disturbed at what this school has become.

  5. What a bunch of very sick people. Everyone who has a degree worked hard for it. Now these idiots want to revoke their degrees/ You must be really sick to make such a demand. What happens when, in 2022 the House and Senate go back to the republicans? What should happen to these idiots then?

  6. Harvard and the other elitist universities have billions in endowment, yet still have their hand out for taxpayer dollars. Most of those forced to donate through their tax dollars could not afford to attend these universities and no matter what their grades were in high school, community college, SAT or ACT final decision will be based on skin color. Unless you can lie well enough to convince the higher ups you are Native American.

  7. If they take away degrees from conservatives , then I know a bunch of USMA grads that will happily disenfranchise those Proud Harvard Liberals Boys!

  8. I would not send my child to Harvard if it was the last school on Earth. It is no wonder it’s foreign “donations” have bought its anti-American sentiment.

  9. I don’t blame the poor gullible students. The credit goes to the damn Communist indoctrinating professors and teachers who have take over our institutions of learning at all levels.

    1. I agree, but I think that indoctrination has also crept into the lower grades of education. School curriculum seems to have slowly and consistently changed since I was a kid. What I never understand is how parents within public school districts allow this to happen. To all parents with kids in school…wake up, pay attention, voice your opinions and stand up for a tired and true method of teaching our kids…including all history that the ‘cancel culture’ would rather forget.

  10. Perhaps those calling for such a ridiculous recall should also be considered for expulsion. When and where does it say that we, the people absolutely need to all be of the same mind? Anyone thinking this recall is a good thing is not playing with a full deck. Shame on such narrow-mindedness.
