President Trump signed the executive order to get out of that agreement. That’s all he could do, because congress wouldn’t work with him. Biden’s admin wrote the orders he signed. If President Trump could do it so should he. So he signed all the orders that had been written before he was president. Even though he condemned President Trump for writing them. President Trump had a group around him and explained what he was signing. Biden just signed them and pushed them aside, giving the impression he didn’t know what he was signing.
