Another bus full of migrants was dropped off at the Naval Observatory, where Kamala Harris resides, early Saturday morning.
Two busses carrying roughly 100 migrants were dropped off outside her residence on Thursday as well.
They were sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott in protest of the administration’s relaxed border security policies.

The latest bus was carrying approximately 50 migrants, primarily from Venezuela.

“The D.C. bus carried people mostly from Venezuela, including a one-month-old baby. Aid workers quickly whisked the migrants away to a local shelter,” Fox News reports.
Harris, who has been tasked with handling the “root causes” of the border crisis, claimed on Sunday that it is “secure.” One of the migrants dropped off outside of her home, however, said in no uncertain terms that the border is “open.”

“Vice President Harris said that the border is closed. Is the border closed? Do you believe that the border is closed or is it open?” Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins asked one of the migrants.
“It’s open, not closed. The border is open…everybody believes that the border is open. It’s open because we enter. We come in, free, no problem,” the migrant responded.
He continued, “we came illegally, not legal.”
After the first buses arrived on Thursday, Governor Abbott tweeted, “this morning, two Texas buses of migrants arrived at the Naval Observatory in DC. VP Harris claims our border is “secure” & denies the crisis. We’re sending migrants to her backyard to call on the Biden Administration to do its job & secure the border.”

“The Biden-Harris Administration continues ignoring and denying the historic crisis at our southern border, which has endangered and overwhelmed Texas communities for almost two years,” said Governor Abbott in a statement. “Our supposed Border Czar, Vice President Kamala Harris, has yet to even visit the border to see firsthand the impact of the open border policies she has helped implement, even going so far as to claim the border is ‘secure.’ Texas will continue sending migrants to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C. until President Biden and Border Czar Harris step up and do their jobs to secure the border.”
Along with Governor Abbott, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey have also been shipping migrants from their states to liberal strongholds with sanctuary policies.
DC Mayor Muriel Bowser declared a public emergency last week over the migrant arrivals.
Three more buses full of migrants arrived in New York City from Texas around the same time.
