Her testimony was given to fight Scott Wiener’s SB 107 proposal to both make California a sanctuary state for trans kids escaping the trans health care bans in red states and to provide gender-affirming care for any kid who wants it.
“This issue is infecting virtually every level of our federal government,” Dave said.
