Joe Biden and the Democrats are pushing gun control despite the fact that it is an unpopular issue. Why would they do such a thing?
Tucker Carlson offered an airtight explanation on his show this week.
Tucker suggested that it’s really all about who controls the country, and he makes a compelling case.

Nothing the Democratic Party advocates for is more dishonest than gun control. Everything about that specific issue is false. Most policy debates aren’t like that, and we try to be honest about it. No matter how passionate you are about a position, you can still sort of see what the other side is talking about.
You might deeply dislike taxes, for example, but you can still acknowledge it’s fair to charge people for the services they receive from government. The other side isn’t crazy, they’ve just arrived at a different number than you did. You can hate abortion (and we do) and still understand (again, if you’re being totally honest about it) why a scared pregnant teenager might be tempted to have one.
Gun control is not like that. Gun control is entirely fraudulent…
Anyone who tries to restrict your legally owned firearms is not trying to make America safer. The point is to disarm you and strip you of your autonomy, your power, your right to self-defense. Gun control is not about guns. Gun control is about who controls America. Is it the population, as in a democracy, or does all control go to a small group of authoritarians, as in an oligarchy? Those are the stakes in the gun control debate. It’s not about guns, it’s about who runs the country.

RE – Tucker, if he is just now figuring out what the intentional disarmament attempts by the gun grabbers are, he’s a ‘bit’ late to the party.
BTW, they know that they don’t actually have to disarm all of us, just enough that they can and WILL be able to use overwhelming force against the remainder. I’m not sure how many of the 100 MILLION+ Law Abiding Citizen gun owners they will have to disarm to gain the advantage they seek but I would suggest they pack a big lunch since it is going to be a big job.
When you remove the guns from the law abiding, you leave the guns in the hands of the lawless. That leaves the main populace unarmed and in harms way. The Dems are power hungry. They want to break the backs of the populace and have complete control. Don’t allow this to happen. They are pandering to the radical left, who by the way, have armed guards escorting them from place to place because they believe they are more important that the rest of us. It is looking like the start of a civil war. The “common people” against the government. I don’t believe the police and/or the military will turn against the citizens no matter what the orders.
GOOD FOR TUCKER CARLSON!! This truth needs to be told over and over, until it sinks into some hard heads! I don’t know why it HAS to be said at all. The socialist demoncrats do not want to be subserviant to the people! THEY WANT THE PEOPLE TO BE SUBSERVIENT TO THEM!! As he said, and I have said a hundred times, they don’t want to ‘represent’! They want to RULE!!

Sales of firearms are at an all time high and the communist think they are going to confiscate or buy back these firearms from the citizens. How insane are they? These people are scared, they are not going rabbit hunting. The concern is the lack of ammunition for these firearms. For over a year ammunition has been scarce to not available, yet companies claim they are producing at record levels. I was born at night, but it sure as hell wasn’t last night. Four long years of sleepy and crew will tank this country.
