Caitlyn Jenner claims OJ Simpson told murdered wife Nicole Brown ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it’ before grisly murder

News & Politics

Caitlyn Jenner said that O.J. Simpson once told his late wife, Nicole Brown, that he would kill her and get away with it because he is O.J. Simpson.

Caitlyn and ex-wife Kris Jenner were close friends with Simpson and Brown in the years leading up to Brown’s grisly 1994 double murder alongside friend Ron Goldman.

Though Simpson was charged with the murders, he was ultimately acquitted and later found responsible for the deaths in a related civil suit.

What are the details?

Jenner, 72, made the remarks during a recent broadcast of “Big Brother VIP” in Australia.

Jenner said that she and ex-wife Kris visited Brown’s home two days before she was discovered dead, her throat slashed from ear to ear and stabbed multiple times.

Of the murders, Jenner said, “It was an extraordinarily difficult time. Nicole was Kris’ best friend, had been for a long time. I was at Nicole’s house two days before the murder. Obviously, he did it and he got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it because I’m O.J. Simpson.’ Then, Nicole, you know, relayed that on to Kris at one point and unfortunately, she was right.”

Simpson and Brown married in 1985 and divorced in 1992. Two years later, she and Goldman were dead.

Kris’ late ex-husband, attorney Robert Kardashian, helped to represent Simpson during the highly publicized trial.

“We were at the courthouse, we were watching what was going on in the other room,” Jenner recalled. “And even after the ‘not guilty’ verdict — the first thing, Kris turns around to me and goes, ‘We should’ve listened to Nicole, she was right, right from the beginning.'”

Brown’s and Goldman’s murders remain listed as unsolved.
