Trump Releases Statement After His Supreme Court Appointees Block Joe Biden’s OSHA Vax Mandate

President Trump on Thursday released a statement after the Supreme Court blocked Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate.

The highest court of the land in a 6-3 ruling on Thursday blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate on private businesses with 100+ employees.

All three of President Trump’s SCOTUS appointees, Gorsuch, Kavanagh and Barrett joined the other conservatives on the court and voted to strike down the OSHA mandate.

“The Supreme Court has spoken, confirming what we all knew: Biden’s disastrous mandates are unconstitutional. Biden promised to shut down the virus, not the economy but he has failed miserably on both—and mandates would have further destroyed the economy,” Trump said in a statement.

In a separate, simultaneously released ruling, the highest court of the land – in a 5-4 vote – allowed a similar vaccine mandate for healthcare facilities that receive Medicaid and Medicare to stand.

Conservative Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett and Clarence Thomas dissented.

Unfortunately, Kavanaugh (Trump appointee) and Roberts sided with the lefties on the court.
