They are definitely guilty of subversion of the legitimate Presidency of the USA. Obama is guilty of subversion and failure to adhere to the protocols of former Presidents and by his leadership of an attempted coup d’etat. The ultimate penalty should be paid by him as the buck stops with him.
Obama and all his cronies even all the way to the present Democrat Congress and the fake news media were all in cahoots to stop and then take down the duly elected Donald J. Trump and were caught. All need to go to prison and some are guilty of treason which carries a death penalty.
Why should anyone be surprised with the uncovering of presnt situation? After all throughout his entire eight year “rein”, Obama was the not only the worst president in the history of The Republic, he was the most lawless of any of the previous occupants of The Oval Office. He saw himself, not as the duly elected president, IF he was “duly elected”, but as the one branch of government. He sought to do as he pleased which is made perfectly clear with his executive order establishing “the dream act” AFTER is was defeated by a bipartisan majority of congress.
Obama was from the very start of his government career nothing more than the recreation of a nineteenth century snake oil salesman who saw himself as the nations first “elected” dictator. His dealings with third world banana nations combined with a fourteen nation world “apology” tour shined the true nature of his real self.
