A new statement from the Media Research Center:
The Media Research Center (MRC) is proud to announce the addition of our new partner to the Free Speech Alliance, Fundación Disenso. Disenso is a strong voice for freedom of speech in Spain. Operating as a think tank of Spain’s third political force, VOX, Disenso dedicates itself to the analysis and study of the prevailing culture war. Their aim is to fight back against dominant ideas and ways of thinking, attracting citizens both inside and outside of VOX. Fundación Disenso is a great fit for our work to help combat the censorship of ideas internationally.
The FSA now touts six international members and plans to continue expanding in 2021. The battle against Big Tech is a global issue, as prominent organizations all around the world are experiencing censorship.
We are excited to welcome Fundación Disenso as our first Spanish organization and look forward to our partnership in combating and eliminating global censorship.
