The past couple of days of the Rittenhouse trial have been devastating for the prosecution. Many experts have wondered how this case made it to trial at all. But in a shocking move, 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse waived his Fifth Amendment rights and agreed to testify. Not only is it rare for a defendant to take the witness stand in his own trial, but it’s also incredibly risky.
On “The Glenn Beck Program,” Glenn and Stu watched some of Rittenhouse’s ”authentic” testimony, causing Glenn to ask an important question: “Which side are you on?” The side of decency — or the side that denies its own eyes and ears? “Choose wisely, America.”
