Now, with Putin reportedly going under the knife for cancer surgery while his military suffers crushing loses in Ukraine,
Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) has introduced a resolution to use military force if Russia turns to weapons of mass destruction as its situation grows more and more desperate. It almost seems like some politicians want this war to escalate.
