Elon Musk reiterates assertion that George Soros ‘hates humanity’

News & Politics

Elon Musk recently reiterated his assertion that left-wing megadonor George Soros “hates humanity.”

“Soros arbitraged politics. He figured out that spending small amounts of money in many obscure, but influential, races is far more effective than money spent on major contests. The mistake people make is thinking that he did it for the good of humanity. He hates humanity,” Musk posted.

Musk, a wealthy business magnate, has previously said that Soros reminds him of the comic book character Magneto.

“Soros reminds me of Magneto,” Musk tweeted in May. He later issued a mock apology. “I’d like apologize for this post,” he wrote before adding, “It was really unfair to Magneto.”

“He wants to erode the very fabric of civilization. Soros hates humanity,” Musk tweeted in May.

But Musk has said that he loves humanity. “I strive to entertain humanity, whom I love,” Musk wrote.

“Among other things, Soros astutely identified a massive arbitrage opportunity in district attorney elections, where a relatively small amount of money has outsized influence. Soros’s instructions to his pet prosecutors were (essentially) to minimize prosecuting even violent criminals,” Musk tweeted.

Musk, who has rebranded Twitter as X, recently announced that the company will foot legal bills for individuals whose employers unfairly took action against them for posting or liking content on the social media platform.

“If you were unfairly treated by your employer due to posting or liking something on this platform, we will fund your legal bill. No limit. Please let us know,” he wrote. “And we won’t just sue, it will be extremely loud and we will go after the boards of directors of the companies too,” he noted.
