Joe Biden has not even been certified as the winner of the 2020 election yet, but is already reportedly crafting new measures for gun control.
And it should come as no surprise that he is not even planning legislation to send to America’s representatives but rather is planning to take steps through executive action.
As usual, Democrats just can’t wait to take rights away from law abiding citizens.

Gun control first for Biden executive orders
Joe Biden plans to move quickly against guns, adding the issue to his list of first executive orders, according to his top policy aide.
Stef Feldman, the national policy director of Biden’s presidential campaign, included the Democrat’s gun plan in a list of initial executive actions set to be unleashed after Inauguration Day.
Speaking in a Zoom briefing hosted by Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, she said that Biden is planning to “make big, bold changes through executive action, not just on policing and climate like we talked about previously, but in healthcare and education on gun violence, on a range of issues.”
She added that “there’s really a lot you can do through guidance and executive action.”
It is expected that Biden will use executive orders, especially if the Democrats don’t win both Georgia special Senate elections.

Biden is even being pressured by the left to create a cabinet position dedicated to gun control.

First he is not president second even if he was he does not have the power to change gun control laws even with his executive power. One person that is all it would take to over turn anything he does the supreme court would rule the president does not have the power to take away a constitutional amendment period.

He won’t nullify the 2nd A. He will put measures in place to make us jump thru massive hoops and extended waiting times to buy a gun and/or ammo. He could make training a year long process if he chose. We could fight it in courts of course, but that will take massive time. After he packs the court, he can pretty much do what he pleases. Then it will be time to show him and the other democraps why our Founding Fathers put the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights. It won’t be pretty.

Obama tried to ban sale of certain firearms through an executive order, Supreme Court said, No, your action is Unconstitutional. Obama followed with another executive order to ban the sale of the most popular ammunition through executive order, 5.56mm, and again, Got slapped down. Biden can’t do it either.
If these leftists are able to expand the Supreme Court and pack it with leftist judges, well then all bets are off and they will trample all over our Constitution.

It is rapidly coming time for conservatives who have tried to protect the county through those means given by the constitution to stop laying down and accepting the constant insult to it. The democrat-socialist party will take, take, take until we stand and stop, stop, stop.
